General Return Guidelines

\u2981\u00a0 We accept returns on orders purchased directly from herandmi.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
\u2981\u00a0 To protect the integrity of our formulas, returned products must be unused, unopened, and sealed with the original tamper-proof seal intact.
\u2981\u00a0 We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.<\/p>

\u2981\u00a0 The product(s) you wish to return
\u2981\u00a0 The reason for your return
If your return is approved, you\u2019ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds<\/span><\/strong><\/p>

\u2981\u00a0 Once we receive and inspect your return, you\u2019ll be notified by email.
\u2981\u00a0 If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7\u201310 business days.<\/p>

\u2981\u00a0 Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.<\/p>

Return Shipping Costs<\/span><\/strong>
\u2981\u00a0 If it\u2019s our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We\u2019ll cover return shipping.
\u2981\u00a0 If it\u2019s a change of mind: You\u2019ll be responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can\u2019t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.
