If your HER&MI purchase doesn’t feel like the right fit, we’ll do our best to make it right — fairly, promptly, and with care.

General Return Guidelines

⦁  We accept returns on orders purchased directly from herandmi.com within 30 days of the purchase date.
⦁  To protect the integrity of our formulas, returned products must be unused, unopened, and sealed with the original tamper-proof seal intact.
⦁  We cannot accept returns on opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

 

How to Start a Returnes
Email our team at hello@herandmi.com with the subject line:
Return Request – [Your Order Number]

Please include:
⦁  Your full name and order number
⦁  The product(s) you wish to return
⦁  The reason for your return
If your return is approved, you’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Refunds

⦁  Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified by email.
⦁  If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

⦁  Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Return Shipping Costs
⦁  If it’s our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We’ll cover return shipping.
⦁  If it’s a change of mind: You’ll be responsible for return postage. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we can’t guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Exchanges
⦁  We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.
⦁  If you need an exchange, email hello@herandmi.com with your order number and a photo of the issue 

Missing or Damaged Shipments
⦁  If your order was lost or damaged in transit, please see our Shipping Policy for next steps.
⦁  Products purchased through unauthorized retailers must be returned directly to the seller.
